Who is Wang?

Today, most likely, very few people know who this Wang. This Bulgarian clairvoyant was born on January 31, 1911 in Strumica (now it is the territory of the modern Republic of Macedonia).

When World War I began, her father was mobilized into the Bulgarian army. When Wang was four years old, the mother died, and the girl was taken to her neighbor. The father, upon returning home, married again, and in 1923 he and his new family moved to his father’s native village, Novo Selo. When Wang was 12 years old, she lost her sight. Since the family could not afford to treat the girl, she was completely blind, and in 1925 she was sent to the House of the Blind, which was located in Zemun, in Serbia. There, Wanga spent more than three years, and after the death of her stepmother, she returned to her father’s house in Strumitsa.

The first manifestations of the ability of Vanga

During the Second World War, for the first time, Vanga showed her abilities to locate the soldiers and ordinary people who disappeared during the war, or the places of their burial.The first known and titled visitor of Vanga was Tsar of Bulgaria Boris III, who visited the clairvoyant on April 8, 1942.

In May of the same year, she accepted the offer of Dimitar Gushterov, and before the wedding they moved to Petrich. There Wanga became widely known. Her husband served in the army, where he died from excessive passion for alcohol.
