Pancakes in caramel-citrus sauce with strawberries

Pancakes prepared in this way are thin and very tasty.

  • Step 1.Cook pancakes.
  • Step 2.Prepare the sauce.

    Pour sugar into the pan and melt it over medium heat. Once the sugar has melted, add orange juice, mix.

  • Step 3.Add zest to the sauce and liqueur.

    Next send the zest and liqueur and mix again. Last you need to add butter and mix everything again until smooth.

  • Step 4.Heat the pancakes.

    Fold the finished pancakes 4 times, put them in a frying pan with sauce and heat for 4-5 minutes.

  • Step 5.Serve the finished dish.

    Serve the ready dish with a scoop of ice cream and strawberries.
