Mom's Creamy Potato Salad

Sometimes the classic way is the best way. This simple, traditional potato salad always hits the spot.

Yields: 6 - 8 servings
bottle Italian dressing
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- In large saucepot, bring potatoes and enough water to cover to boiling on medium-high. Cook 25 minutes or until tender when pierced with small knife; drain and let cool slightly. Peel, if desired, and cut into cubes.
- In large bowl, toss potatoes and Italian dressing. Refrigerate for several hours.
- Toss celery, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper into potato mixture.
