Beat butter, sugar, lemon juice, yolk and zest. Add nuts and flour. Knead the dough, wrap in foil and put in the fridge for 30 minutes. Divide into two parts, roll out into thin layers, cut cookies. Apply the meringue, bake at 150 degrees until the meringue dries. We decorate with cream and cranberries. For meringue, whip proteins into foam, adding sugar. At the end add lemon juice and starch.For cream, whip butter with powdered sugar and cranberry juice.
