Marinated zucchini rolls - a piece of summer at the winter table
It’s hard not to fall in love with pickled zucchini rolls. Delicate and crunchy, they also look attractive. Such a dish will be useful both in addition to the side dish and at the holiday table.
For cooking will need:
- 0.5 kg of young zucchini;
- 1-2 medium carrots;
- 1 umbrella of dill (can be replaced with greens);
- 2-3 sprigs of parsley;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 4-6 basil leaves;
- 0.5 tbsp salts;
- 1 tbsp. Sahara;
- 1 tsp seasonings for Korean carrots;
- 4 tsp vinegar.
- 0.5 liters of water.
Using the peeler make slices of zucchini and carrots. Chopped garlic, dill with parsley and basil are sent to a prepared jar. We roll the carrot slice with a straw and then wrap the zucchini slice on top. We put the rolls in the jar, leave 2 cm above.
We prepare the marinade: add the seasoning, salt and sugar, bring it to the boil and let it boil for 2-3 minutes.
Fill the marinade so that the rolls are completely covered with liquid and let it brew for 15 minutes. Sterilize for 5 minutes, then add vinegar and roll. We turn over the can, we wrap it up and leave it to cool completely.
If desired, twisting slices from zucchini and carrots can be done simultaneously. The composition of spices can also be changed at their own discretion.
