Ingredients
Pasta (horns)450 gramsUnsalted butter8 tbsp.Milk3/4 stackCream 10% fat3/4 stackBreadcrumbs1/3 stackMustard Powder1/2 tspCheddar cheese (spicy, grated)3 stackGarlic powder1/2 tspProcessed cheese220 gramsJalapeno (pickled minced)1/3 stackGround coriander2 tbsp.

Pour water into a large saucepan, salt and bring to a boil. Prepare the pasta, following the instructions on the package, and pour out the water.

While the pasta is boiling, melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a medium-sized saucepan. Pour the breadcrumbs into a saucepan and fry them, stirring constantly, until golden brown, that is, about 4 minutes. After that, place the crackers in a bowl.

In a skillet, combine the milk with cream, mustard and garlic powders and the remaining 6 tablespoons of butter, then bring the resulting mixture to a slight boil over medium heat. Add cheddar and diced melted cheese and stir until a homogeneous mass is formed. Continuing to stir, pour in a saucepan pasta and jalapeno, salt.Put the pasta in a bowl, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and coriander.
