Ice tea with mint and apple
Cold tea with mint and appleis a tea recipe.
- 30 grams of fresh mint;
- 10 grams of black tea
- 60 grams of sugar
- 1 apple;
- 1/2 lime.
Brew 1.5 liters of tea in arbitrary proportions and cut a handful of mint leaves rather large. We filter hot tea and add sugar and mint leaves there.
We clean a large green apple from the core, cut it into cubes and also put it in hot tea along with half a lime or lemon. Cover with a lid and leave to infuse and cool.
You need to serve tea cold with a few ice cubes and a slice of lime or lemon.
