How to save photos in Photoshop (Photoshop)?

The program Adobe Photoshop, or simply, Photoshop, is usually used for editing photos, creating images, collages, animations and so on. In the hands of a specialist, it is a powerful tool with which you can create incredible things and create truly colorful masterpieces. Well, today we will learn how to save photos in Photoshop, which tools to use, which formats to choose for this and much more.

In order to save your edited photo, you need to click on the "File" button in the upper left corner of the program. In the drop-down list you will see a list of actions that you can use, including to save the photo. If you decide to just save the photo in Photoshop, then select the “Save” command or simultaneously press the “Ctrl + S” keys. In this case, your photo is saved in the same folder and in the same format in which it was before.

If you want to save the photo in a different format and in a different folder, then select the "Save As ..." command or use the buttons on the keyboard "Sift + Ctrl + S". After that, a file saving window will open in which you can change the necessary items. For example, in the “File Name” item you can specify your name for your photo, which will be saved after your work is completed.

Let's take a closer look at the item “File type” and consider which formats are available and which ones you should choose for a better display. The most common format for saving photos is “JPEG” and “GIF”. Saving in these formats is the most acceptable, as it allows you to save photos in the best quality with minimum sizes. Therefore, clicking on the "File Type" window, select one of these two formats. After making all the settings, changing the name and type of files, select the folder to save and click on the "Save" button.

I want to notice another format that will fit to save photos in Photoshop. This is the “PNG” format, which is a proprietary extension of the Adobe Photoshop program and is used to edit your photos with changes to all previously performed actions.
