How to get rid of fat on the abdomen: 7 home ways

Lemon water

Lemon water helps detoxify the liver and thus speeds up the metabolism of fat around the waist. Drinking such water increases the amount of enzymes that are responsible for detoxifying the liver, and it starts working properly.

You will need:

  • 1 lemon
  • 280 ml. tepid water

In the morning after sleep, take a lemon and squeeze the juice into the water. The warm water temperature contributes to more efficient fat burning. Room temperature water is also suitable.
