How to cook a warm salad with shrimp?

You will need
  • - 300 g pasta;
  • - 200 g of finished shrimp;
  • - 3 medium sized tomatoes;
  • - 2 cloves of garlic;
  • - 1 mini portion of Knorr “Tiny bundle”
  • - 1 tbsp. l lemon juice;
  • - 3 sprigs of greens to taste (parsley, cilantro, basil, dill);
  • - 4 leaves of green lettuce;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - salt.
First boil the pasta. They should be cooked in plenty of water. Lightly salted water to taste. Cook the pasta for as long as indicated on the package. When they are brewed, fold to a colander so that excess water can drain. Pour some vegetable oil and mix. This is to ensure that the pasta is not stuck together.
On medium heat, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan and crumble there 1 mini portion of Knorr “Crumb Bunch”. Add the shrimp and heat the whole mass on the fire for a couple of minutes. The mass must be stirred frequently.Once 2 minutes have passed, remove the shrimp on a plate using a slotted spoon.
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small slices. Chop garlic. Add another tablespoon of oil to the pan and fry this mixture.
Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them with paper towels. Tear the salad into pieces that are comfortable enough to eat.
Put on the dish shrimps with pasta and tomatoes, pour with vegetable oil, whipped with lemon juice. Stir.
Serve immediately. Serve as a separate dish or side dish for meat.
