In addition, for the filling masters of Italian cuisine used 5 kg of cheese and spinach. By the way, the boiler, in which the giant was boiling, was made on special order and can also be safely attributed to one of the largest pans - size 1.5 by 1.5 m.

It took 1045 biscuit cakes, 1463 kg of fruit jam, 400 kg of condensed milk, 1777 liters of cream, 150 kg of confectionary gel and 70 kg of chocolate.103 Astrakhan chefs were engaged in baking and decorating for three days.

Through the whole cake, the Volga “flowed” with a blue ribbon - from the source to the delta. Masters identified each tributary and branch of the river. Three years earlier in Syktyvkar they prepared 1007 kg “Olivier”, in 2010 - 1500 kg in Pavlodar.

Preparing a salad for almost a day. Several dozen cooks during this time cut 5040 eggs, 500 kg of sausage, 220 kg of boiled potatoes, 80 kg of carrots, 40 kg of onions, 20 kg of greens. Moreover, they added hazel grouses, pressed caviar, crayfish - those products that appear in the recipe invented 150 years ago by Frenchman Lucien Olivier. At the finish line, the guests from the capital - People's Artist of Russia Valentina Talyzina and twice Hero of the USSR cosmonaut Georgy Grechko joined the cooks and shared family salad recipes. Thus, the Russian cosmonaut instead of sausage adds smoked cod and crab meat to it. And Valentina Talyzina cooks a lightweight “Olivier” - without meat, mayonnaise and eggs, but with an apple, red bell pepper, parsley and olive oil. “Olivier” could try everyone who was on the day in the MALL “Armada”, where they were treated to a traditional New Year's dish. A few portions went to Moscow - the authors and actors of the film "Irony of Fate."
