Cheese sticks in 25 minutes- a recipe.
- hard cheese about 150 grams
- wheat flour 1,5 glass;
- Butter 80g
- milk 4 tbsp. l.;
- salt (to taste);
- lemon zest (from one small lemon);
- cumin, sesame (optional).
Grate cheese and butter on a fine grater and mix thoroughly (you can put cumin or sesame as you like).
Add salt, milk and zest and mix thoroughly again. Then add all the flour and knead the soft and elastic dough.
Roll the dough into a layer, 0.5 cm thick, cut it into stripes and roll each strip into a tube.
We put them on parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes at 1800C, until golden brown.
Cheese, the cheese taste will manifest itself when they cool.
Store the finished straw in a closed box to remain crisp.
