Cake "Count ruins" with sour cream

Ingredients Required:

Dough

  • Eggs - 3 pcs
  • Flour –1 tbsp.
  • Sugar - 0.5 tbsp.
  • Sour cream - 1 tbsp.
  • Baking powder for dough or soda, quenched with vinegar - 1 tsp.
  • Cocoa powder - 4-5 st. l.

Cream

  • Sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • Sour cream - 1.5 tbsp.

Glaze

  • Butter - 50 gr.
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Cocoa powder - 3 tsp.
  • Sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.

  1. In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with sugar, then gradually begin to add the remaining ingredients: first, sour cream, then flour and baking powder for the dough or soda.
  2. All components are thoroughly mixed to remove the lumps, knead the dough.
  3. Cake "Count ruins" with sour cream will consist of two cakes, respectively, the contents of the bowl must be equally divided. Add cocoa powder to one part and mix well to make a brown dough.
  4. We fill the baking mold with parchment paper or foil and spread on it the first part of the dough, in which there is no cocoa.
  5. We preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put a pan with dough in it and bake until done. When it turns red, you need to get the finished cake, cut into two equal parts and leave to cool.
  6. It is the turn of the chocolate dough. Similarly, we send it to the oven and wait until it turns red. Then carefully cut into two parts.

  8. In a deep plate or bowl, put the sour cream, add sugar into it and beat well with a mixer. We draw your attention to the fact that sour cream should not be fat free, otherwise it will not scramble.
  9. First, put a half of the light cake on a large flat dish and grease it with sour cream.
  10. On top of the cream you need to lay the chocolate cake too, its lower part and apply the cream.
  11. The remaining light and chocolate tops of the cakes are cut into small pieces of arbitrary shape. Each of them dipped in cream from all sides and spread on cakes, forming the so-called debris.
  12. In a metal plate or bowl, mix the butter, sour cream, cocoa and sugar.
  13. Put the mixture on a small fire and stir constantly. After the sugar is completely dissolved, our icing will be ready.
  14. Pour the dessert with the glaze and put it in the fridge for about two hours to soak it.
