Cabbage Cutlets

Even an aspiring hostess can cope with this tasty and very useful delicacy. Cabbage cutlets can be served as a side dish or as a standalone dish.

Cooking method:

Cabbage chop and simmer with the addition of milk for 15 minutes. Sprinkle decoy, not removing from the stove, mix, and leave for another 10 minutes on low heat.

We give the mixture to cool slightly, drive in an egg, add grated cheese, salt, pepper, nutmeg and mix everything well.

We split the mixture into small patties, roll in flour or bread crumbs and fry on both sides in a well-heated oil until crispy crust.

By the way, you can add some chopped walnuts or peanuts to the cutlet mix.
