Baked potatoes with sour cream and herbs- a recipe.

Ingredients:

  1. Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp.
  2. green onion 1 tsp.;
  3. 5 potato;
  4. parsley 1 tbsp. l.;
  5. sour cream 1 cup;
  6. salt 1 tsp.
  7. dill 1 tsp.;
  8. black pepper 1/2 tsp.
  9. garlic 1 clove.

Cooking

Wash and peel the potatoes.

Put on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, pierce with a fork in several places and pour the oil. Generously we will salivate. Put bake for 75-90 minutes in the oven, preheated to 1750C. Mix sour cream, crushed garlic, finely chopped greens, salt and pepper. Add a Worcester sauce.

Cut the finished potatoes and fill them with sour cream.
